Panda bears, also known as the giant pandas, are carnivores and they are native to South Central China.
It is an endangered animal which needs to be protected from being poached by hunters.
Most of the giant pandas live in the mountains of Sichuan in China. However, most panda bears are usually not tall but their weight is heavier than the humans.
An average panda bear is between 60 and 90 cm in height but humans can grow up to 1.8 m. A fully grown Panda Bear can also weigh up to 100 kg while an adult human is averagely 67kg or less.
Wild panda bears eat grass, wild tubers, bird meat, rodents; on the other hand, pandas that are tame eat honey, eggs, fishes, yams, oranges, bananas and shrubs leaves.
They are very healthy and live longer compared to those found in the wild.
The giant panda bears have thick black and white fur on its body. The paws have a thumb- like structure and five other fingers, 6 in total.
Giant panda bears are almost like normal pandas. They eat the same food, but the only difference is their look and weight.
