Covid-19 has had a great impact on society . More and more people are infected by the virus, and some even lost their lives! Doctors risk their lives to prevent this from happening. They work all day long, helping and encouraging those who have Covid-19. Some doctors lose their lives in the process, while others are exhausted from the long hours of working.
At home, most doctors have their families to take care of. If the two-year contract of the doctors who are not permanent ends, they become jobless and might not have enough money to meet their needs.
Tuan Speaker, I recommend that an assessment for non-permanent position doctors be implemented. Doctors who perform well at the job should be retained as permanent medical officers and that their salary be backdated accordingly. And I ask that more funding be allocated for hospital facilities and medical personnel .
