There are many places that sell seafood. But, the best seafood is the fresh catch from the sea. One of the cheapest seafood in the world is at Vietnam. The seafood are cooked straight away at the beach. It gives a rich texture and juicy taste from the meat even without adding spices!
Tourists who visit the beach must try the grilled cuttlefish. The cuttlefish is the most popular dish sold at the beach. It melts like molten lava in your mouth. You can add some spicy curry on the cuttlefish if you prefer spice. The por
tion is quite big, can be shared for a family of four.
The giant sea snails are bigger than a tennis ba
ll. Sea snails are removed from shells, teared into smaller pieces and cooked with spices. You can squeeze a few drops of lime juice on it before serving for a citrusy taste. The aroma is appealing and divine. This mouthwatering dish is one of my favourite. I cannot forget the savory taste!
The giant scallops are also delicious like the cuttlefish but less chewy and smaller than sea snails. Some garlic, spring onion and spices added to give a zesty aroma.
Lobsters are the most expensive dish at the beach. It tastes fairly sweet and slightly spicy. We could smell the pleasant aroma from far.
I enjoyed this exquisite meal at the beach and will come back for this scrumptious and fresh seafood again.
